Vulnerable.

Here is my dreaded before picture. A lot of you are probably thinking, "this girl is a skinny minny, she doesn't need to do a thing!" Losing weight and toning up is just an added bonus to this fitness journey. The whole point is to feel good about my body, my energy, my quality of life.


Its difficult sharing this. I had to force a smile on my face to just take the picture. In order to track progress though I have to start from the beginning.



Beginning stats: I am 5'3" currently weighting at 138.7 pounds. According to my BMI chart I am overweight for my height and age. Now my healthy target weight is around 124 to about 128. 10 pounds doesn't seem like a big deal but I haven't been that target weight till before I was pregnant five years ago.


High hopes for a beautiful transformation.
