Besides fantastic shakes and water, I'm trying to adopt a healthier pallet.
Lentil Tacos

Ingredients:
1/2 package of Lentils (cooked)
Low Sodium Taco Seasoning
Red, green, or yellow Peppers
Topping Choices- Lettuce, Tomatoes, Avocado, Cilantro, Salsa etc.
Wrap or Tortilla
Directions
In a big pan, heat a little bit of oil, and add Lentils (make sure your Lentils are cooked first per the directions on the bag or box you got them in). Add your Peppers to the pan along with the taco seasoning. Cook until Peppers are soft. Add everything you want to your tortilla and eat up!
