I knew it was going to happen soon, but not a week in! I thought I was more disapplined.
What got it the way... more excuses.
1. Started my monthly cycle. Physically in pain.
2. Realized I was suppose to be having a baby this week, my emotions got the best of me. Emotional pain.
3. All the house work. Both kinds of pain.
If my physical and emotional well being have been compromised in any way, I tend to shut down.
I still had my shakes once a day but only did two workouts for an entire week. Put me behind but I ended up weighing in at 135.6. Three pounds down but that's not what I'm going for. I want to feel better and I was not. This week is a completely different story.... stay tuned 🙂
