First Shake

Well I took the first step and made myself my first protein shake to replace one meal. Two scoops of protein powder, and two scoops of berry formula, add in eight ounces of milk and frozen fruit and walla!!!! Got me some lunch. It really just tasted like a berry milkshake. Which was a huge relief because I was afraid I was going to hate the taste, then stop my progress. And it really did feel me up. One down, 30 more days to go.
